Throughout his career, Dave has helped buyers, sellers, renters, and investors successfully navigate the real estate market with confidence. Whether finding the perfect home, preparing a property for sale, exploring investment opportunities, or securing a rental, Dave provides personalized guidance and a strategic approach tailored to each client’s individual goals.

Dave and his wife, Cheryl, are both proud graduates of the University of Wisconsin- Madison and lifelong Badgers. Together, they are proud parents of two daughters. Outside of real estate, Dave has dedicated 13 years to coaching youth soccer and two years to club hockey. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he plays in the Florida Country Club men’s Pickleball league, and men’s golf league, plays in a men’s hockey league and also enjoys boating with family and friends.
