When we signed the contract with our builder, we were not living in the area. Chris provided great feedback on any questions or concerns about the build, he offered great advice on things to consider asking the builder, ie - adding electrical outlets to the master closet, etc.

Chris went to every builder walkthrough offered by the builder and took awesome drone pictures at various stages during the build to keep us updated.
