Joseph Chirichella

Joe is a luxury Real Estate agent with Premiere Plus Realty, representing buyers and sellers across Southwest Florida as part of the Chris Reetz Group. Originally from New Jersey, Joe moved to Southwest Florida in 2022 and spends part of the year in Cape Cod Massachusetts.

Before entering real estate, Joe worked for 40 years as a Tax Professional and is currently an owner of several indoor rock-climbing facilities in NJ. 

Joe’s background in Finance and as a business owner taught him the value of hard work, discipline, and customer-service — qualities he now brings to every client relationship. Additionally, having built several homes and buying and selling properties in the last several years, Joe has personal experience in the many facets of real estate transactions.

Joe holds MBAs in Finance and Taxation from New York University and is a licensed CPA.
